Desktop Support Specialist

About the role

Talent Software Services is in search of a Desktop Support Specialist for a contract position in New York, NY. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Qualifications

• Financial institute, banking experience preferred
• Imaging laptop using USB stick is a must
• Experience using Dell new laptops must
• Troubleshooting image and building device related issues is a must
• Has been part of a device rollout and configuration experience must
• Reading/written communication is a must
• Able to lift 50 lb+ and may need to walk around for hours and replacing 32” monitors etc.
• Must be a team player
• Candidates will be part of multiple projects, one of them being 1000+ monitors replacement and make sure they are available to work during the weekend if needed
