Role – Desktop Support Location – Kansas City , MO (Onsite role) Duration – Long term Contract Interview – Phone and Webex Job Description 3–5+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Field Services, or End User Computing (EUC).Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware.Perform installation, maintenance, and break/fix support for end-user devices.Experience supporting Warehouse or Distribution Center environments.Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting (LAN, connectivity, switches, IP issues).Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident and ticket management.
