Desktop Support / PC Technician

Location: Casa Grande, AZ – Onsite contract position.

About the Role

Provide on-site technical support within a manufacturing environment, ensuring production and office systems remain operational. Support desktop computers, printers, mobile devices, network infrastructure, and manufacturing hardware while minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and peripherals throughout the manufacturing plant.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 10 workstations and production-line computers.
• Support end users with computers, phones, printers, and mobile RF devices.
• Perform break/fix troubleshooting for desktops, printers, network devices, and servers.
• Create and maintain Active Directory user accounts.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Re-image and deploy computers as required.
• Support industrial printers and manufacturing-related technology.
• Manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, and e-waste processes.
• Perform additional technical duties as assigned.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience supporting production/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Basic understanding of routers, switches, and network connectivity.
• Ability to maintain uptime of critical production systems.
• Willingness to complete ladder safety training.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally stoop, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
• Climb ladders up to 20–25 feet to access wireless access points and infrastructure.
• Navigate catwalks and mezzanines while carrying replacement hardware and equipment.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
