The company is searching for highly motivated and career‑driven individuals to join its growing team as Desktop Support in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workstation Software Break Fix support
• IMAC – PC Install, Moves, Adds and Changes
• Image Loads
• Asset Recovery
• Asset tagging
• Printer Support
• Client Center (Tech Bar) Support
• IT Service Management Updates
• Other Client Support duties needed to maintain Workstation operations and customer satisfaction may be assigned

Qualifications

• Previous working experience in Desktop Support is desired; however, training will be provided for all entry‑level new hires
• Knowledge of PC Imaging
• Experience with change management and incident management
• Experience with using tools such as: ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk Wipe
• Preferred: Certified Dell Technician
• Preferred: Expertise in Inventory Control

Requirements

• Must be within driving distance of Marlborough, Massachusetts and willing to work onsite
• U.S. citizenship required (government contract)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to walk up and down stairs or ramps
• Ability to kneel and work under desks or in confined spaces
• Willingness to comply with drug testing at hire and/or random intervals (costs covered by VSO)

$17.00/hr – $25.00/hr
