About the role
The PC and general hardware support technician will provide comprehensive computer hardware and infrastructure support for a refinery environment. Primary responsibilities will include: resolving service desk tickets, direct customer support, and ongoing technology maintenance for the business environment.

- Resolving service desk tickets
- Direct customer support and on-going technology maintenance for the business environment
Requirements
- Installs, maintains and supports all the field IT systems, including desktop and laptop computer hardware, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and configuration
- Supports software installation, network and stand-alone printers, remote access, audio visual equipment, mobile devices support, Cisco telephones, radios, server computer hardware
- Able to work independently and manage priorities and time
- Strong people skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Confidence in technical skills and ability to apply them
- Team player who will do what it takes to get the job done
Qualifications
- Need to be able to work on site
- Need to be clean shaven as there are some standalone workstations in the refinery

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
