About the role
We are seeking skilled technicians to support a life cycle refresh upgrade project for enterprise-wide technology hardware. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, hardware imaging, and interacting with various technologies such as Altus Carts, Zebra Printers, and iPhones.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues
- Perform imaging tasks as part of the upgrade process
- Interact with and support various technology types including Altus Carts, Zebra Printers, and iPhones
Requirements
General technical competency is essential, along with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and reliability. Soft skills are equally important.
Qualifications
While not specified, we are looking for candidates with relevant experience in IT support and a strong background in hardware and software troubleshooting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this contract position is $16.00 - $17.00 per hour. Benefits are subject to change and may vary depending on eligibility criteria.

This is a Contract position based in Ann Arbor, MI. The position is fully onsite.
