Desktop Support Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person and remote troubleshooting for hardware (PCs, laptops, mobile, printers) and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and patch operating systems and enterprise applications.
  • Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, including equipment setup and access provisioning.
  • Manage IT inventory and maintain detailed incident documentation in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure all systems align with Company Security Policies And Data Protection Standards.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: 25 years of desktop or technical support preferred, with a Bachelor's in IT or an equivalent technical background.
  • Core Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management.
  • Tools: Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.); Azure/AWS knowledge is a plus.
  • Problem Solving: Strong hardware/software troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Soft Skills: Team-oriented with excellent communication, customer service, and a proactive approach to learning.
