Desktop Support Analyst
What's the Job?
Provide technical support for Windows and iOS corporate devices to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve incidents and execute change tickets efficiently. Assist with the installation and configuration of business and common applications, including Microsoft and third-party enterprise tools. Troubleshoot hardware and peripheral device issues to minimize downtime. Maintain documentation and support records for all support activities.
What's Needed?
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Desktop Family Operating Systems (Win 7/10).
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, network devices, and cloud services.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
