Job Summary

Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, POS devices, and enterprise applications. Troubleshoot technical issues using remote tools, ensure system availability, and support business users in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support for hardware/software issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot OS, application, and connectivity issues
  • Manage Active Directory tasks (password resets, user access, domain issues)
  • Support Office 365 and collaboration tools
  • Handle incidents/service requests and ensure SLA compliance
  • Document tickets, resolutions, and maintain asset records
  • Cook up with resolver groups for complex issues
  • Perform device setup, deployment, and patching

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in end-user/desktop support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, AD, Office 365, and remote support tools
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $37,800- $58,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
