About the role
As a PC Technician, you will support users in a plant environment by performing hardware deployments, software installations, and data migrations.
Responsibilities
- Contact users via email and Microsoft Teams
- Perform data migrations using various tools
- Deploy, re-image, or replace desktops, laptops, and workstations
- Accurately document equipment installation and removal
- Work onsite in a plant environment
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Windows migrations and troubleshooting
- Experience with PC deployment or re-imaging of laptops and desktops
- Ability to multitask, punctuality, and flexibility with work hours
