Responsibilities
- Provide deskside support for all employees at the Davenport facility and satellite sites
- Deliver White Gloom support to executives — meaning fast, polished, proactive service
- Troubleshoot hardware, Windows 11, O365, mobile devices (Android, iOS + MDM), and apps
- Image, configure, deploy, track, order and retire IT assets (PCs, phones, tablets)
- Collaborate with a global IT team and follow corporate IT standards
Qualifications
- Experience as an IT professional in a business environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent from an accredited organization
