Desk Host

About the role

Part-time summer seasonal position with a working pattern of four days on, four days off. Shifts are 9 hours long, covering leave and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service is shown to all passengers
• Promptly answer the phone in a friendly and courteous manner
• Ensure the Host Desk is manned at all times and arrange cover when required
• Ensure all Electric Mobility Aids (EMA) are tagged prior to going airside

Requirements

• Must have the Right to Work in the UK
• Must pass pre-employment screening, including 5 years of employee reference checking
• Previous customer service or reception experience is essential
• Experience using IT programmes such as Microsoft Outlook and Office programmes
