About the role
Closet Factory is seeking Design Sales Consultants to join their team serving SE Wisconsin. This role combines consultative sales, space planning, and design expertise to transform clients' homes and lifestyles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners
- Build strong client relationships through a consultative sales process
- Create and present design proposals and pricing
- Manage projects from consultation through installation
- Prospect, network, and generate referral opportunities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a track record of performance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of personal accountability and self-discipline
- Comfortable learning technical design software and CAD systems
- Professional presence and consultative approach
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Preferred: In-home sales experience, interior design or space planning, CAD or design software experience, luxury retail or consultative sales, residential construction or remodeling knowledge
