About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Develop detailed design documents and presentations.
  • Oversee construction documentation and ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with sustainable design practices.
  • Knowledge of green building standards and LEED certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling).
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
