About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop innovative design concepts.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and gather necessary data for design development.
  • Develop construction documents and specifications for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the design and construction industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience working on complex projects in diverse settings.
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and green building standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
