About the role

Responsibilities

• Create bold, innovative architectural concepts and translate them into drawings, models, and presentations.
• Develop schematic proposals, layouts, and 3D design models in Revit or other digital tools.
• Assist in producing construction drawings and detailing that maintain the integrity of the original design intent.
• Support projects across all phases, from early conceptual design to construction documents.
• Contribute to construction administration by reviewing shop drawings and tracking submittals.
• Develop material boards, physical models, and immersive graphic presentations that communicate design intent.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in architecture
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ relevant work experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication, graphics, organization, technical and written skills
• Demonstrated experience in leading the design of projects
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency with Revit, Affinity Suite, 3D Max, Sketch-up, Lumion, InDesign, and related design software
• Certification as a licensed professional or on path to licensure

Pay

Salary Range: $67,790 to $79,160

Schedule

Hybrid policy allowing flexibility in managing working days and hours.
