About the role

The Assistant Manager, Designer – Graphic / Package / Digital is responsible for developing creative assets across product packaging, E‑Commerce, retail communication, and digital channels. This position will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and E‑Commerce teams to maintain consistent brand identity and create effective visual communication for existing products, new product launches, and new Hair Brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred (also Bachelor of Arts in Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia)
• Professional experience in Graphic, Package, or Digital Design preferred
• 4–8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required
• Experience with packaging design and production‑ready artwork preferred
• Experience creating E‑Commerce, website, and social media assets is a plus
• Beauty, Fashion, Consumer Product, or Lifestyle Brand experience preferred
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Portfolio required
• Korean‑English bilingual is a plus
• Skills: Ecommerce Design, Graphic Design, Product Packaging Design, Social Network Design, Website Design

Pay

The anticipated compensation range is $65,000.00 – $105,000.00 USD annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
