Key Responsibilities
- Generate/maintain updated as-built drawings for all sites
- Owning the ongoing management of related drawings/designs
- Design and detail TI drawings and composite layouts for operational layouts and related components for all active projects
- Work with project management personnel to coordinate requested assignments
Physical Requirements
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position
- Frequent opportunity to move about
- Rarely required to move or lift light articles
Working Conditions
- Located in a comfortable indoor area
- Unpleasant conditions are infrequent and not objectionable
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to perform material and labor estimates
- Experience within the warehousing and distribution sector
- Experience with material handling systems and equipment design
Minimum Education
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Proficient skills drafting with 2D AutoCAD
- Basic 3D design/drafting experience
