Designer

Responsibilities

• Supporting projects across concept design, schematic design, design development and construction documentation
• Developing creative workplace concepts and translating them into practical design solutions
• Producing high-quality drawing packages, specifications and Revit-based documentation
• Supporting client presentations, workshops and design meetings
• Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants including MEP, AV and lighting
• Working closely with project and delivery teams to ensure designs are technically achievable and successfully delivered
• Supporting FF&E selection, specification and documentation
• Contributing to pitches, presentations and wider business development activity
• Taking increasing responsibility for projects and client relationships as you develop

Requirements

• Around 3+ years' experience within workplace or commercial interior design
• Experience working across different stages of the design process
• Strong Revit capability
• Experience producing technical and construction documentation
• A good understanding of workplace design and commercial interiors
• Strong visual, creative and presentation skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams
• Some client-facing experience, or the confidence and ambition to develop in this area
• Experience within a design-and-build or fast-paced commercial environment would be advantageous
