Responsibilities

• Work closely with Design Staff and Firm Partners to provide design direction for architectural and planning projects from Concept through Design Development.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure design intent is met through CD and CA phases.
• Manage multiple projects of distinct typologies such as Multifamily, TODs, Hospitality, Institutional, and Education.
• Show proficiency on Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite, resolving design issues with minimal direction.
• Express design thinking clearly and concisely to firm leaders, colleagues, clients, community, and planning boards.
• Have an exceptional portfolio of recent work.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years’ experience.

Qualifications

• High proficiency on Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent presentation and graphics skills.

Skills

• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of distinct typologies.
• Experience with Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
• Clear and concise expression of design thinking.
• Exceptional portfolio of recent work.

Pay

$85,000 – $115,000 (License preferred or on the licensing track - based on prior experience)
