Responsibilities

• Create cohesive visual experiences that align with brand strategy and engage audiences across various platforms.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital platforms as needed. May create multimedia assets for motion graphics and animations.
• Ensure brand consistency and accessibility in all designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Contribute to design systems and templates.
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Support junior designers and share best practices.
• Stay current with design trends and tools.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Web Design, Communications, or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
• 2+ years of experience in design or related field.
• Basic understanding of business and operating environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Ability to interpret user needs and translate into design solutions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts and digital design standards.
• Experience with animation and multimedia content creation tools.
• Collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.

Desired Qualifications

• Portfolio of general design work.
• Strong Figma experience.
• Motion graphics and animation experience.
• Experience creating animated digital display ads, HTML5 banner ads.
