Designer

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in defining and delivering high-quality email design
• Create and maintain the email design system in Figma, establishing standards and scalable components
• Translate briefs into clear, effective, on-brand creative solutions
• Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, and development teams to support implementation
• Support A/B testing and optimisation, using performance data to refine and improve work
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimised across devices and email clients
• Stay up to date with email design trends, tools, and best practice

Requirements

• Experience designing high-quality email and CRM creative within a marketing or digital environment
• Strong expertise in Figma, including working with design systems and scalable templates
• Good working knowledge of responsive email design, across devices, screen sizes, and clients
• Understanding of email marketing best practice, including accessibility and deliverability
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email, and how designs are implemented
• A strong eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of design craft
• Confidence collaborating with stakeholders and presenting work clearly
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work at pace
