Responsibilities
- Support a variety of design projects, adapting existing brand systems and developing new creative concepts.
- Create and execute visual solutions for brand identity, packaging, retail marketing, and in-store graphic communications.
- Develop creative concepts from ideation through to final execution, ensuring brand consistency.
- Build presentations and materials that effectively communicate design rationale and connect solutions to business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting established deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or packaging design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and packaging design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to articulate creative decisions and design rationale.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with creating or adapting brand systems across various touchpoints.
- Familiarity with retail marketing and in-store signage design.
- Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Miro or similar platforms.
- Awareness of current design trends and the ability to apply insights to creative solutions.
