About the role

Gupta Media is seeking a Designer to join our creative studio team. The ideal candidate will have a background in visual design and a strong foundation in motion and animation. They will collaborate with writers and designers to create compelling stories that drive connection and engagement across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside writers and designers to craft bold and compelling stories that drive connection and engagement.
• Collaborate across all forms of design, with a focus on motion and animation.
• Carry projects from concept to completion, working collaboratively with teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, to bring static concepts to life.
• Present ideas effectively to both internal and external teams.

Requirements

• A related 4-year degree and 2+ years of agency experience.
• Strong visual design skills with the ability to seamlessly integrate motion and animation into work.
• A portfolio featuring motion design examples demonstrating an understanding of timing, pacing, and movement.
• An expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects.
• A strong communicator, able to present ideas to internal and external teams.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, taking ownership while seeking guidance to elevate their craft.

Qualifications

• Expertise in video editing via Premiere Pro.

• Strong visual design skills.
• Foundation in animation and motion design.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $58,000 - $70,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan based on the company's performance.
