Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for a gamified live streaming experience.
- Design and refine gamified social features of our creators and users.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and game designers to translate ideas into intuitive, engaging interfaces.
- Champion user-centered design principles across the product, ensuring clarity, usability, and delight at every touchpoint.
- Leverage design thinking philosophies to conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into rapid design iterations.
- Anticipate how design decisions will scale in live service environments with frequent content updates and evolving features.
- Advocate for cohesive visual design standards and UI/UX best practices across the platform.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of design experience, with at least 3 years in social, mobile, or games.
- Proven track record designing for social features.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design execution from concept through production.
- Deep passion for gaming, live streaming, and real-time interactive online experiences.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with product, design, and engineering.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to give and receive feedback openly and constructively.
- Product design and design thinking experience (beyond games) is a strong plus.
