Designer

About the role

The Senior Designer position at Eversource is designated for employees who assist higher ratings in the office and field, design and prepare drawings, and perform field checking. They also instruct other employees in their work.

Responsibilities

• Able to work in the office or field
• Familiar with engineering practices and Company’s construction practices and procedures
• Organize and direct drafting projects to completion
• Demonstrated interest and aptitude for higher grade drafting work
• At least three years’ experience as Drafting Technician Grade III – Pay Grade VIII or demonstrated ability in performing work
• Demonstrated interest and aptitude for handling complete assignments in connection with important drafting projects
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver's license
