What You'll Do
- Design natural gas pipeline, facility, and public improvement projects from concept through construction
- Develop site plans, plan & profile drawings, alignments, cross-sections, elevations, and construction packages
- Interpret survey data, utility locates, environmental reports, and site information to support design development
- Create and manage drawing packages using AutoCAD, Sheet Set Manager, and X-Refs
- Perform design reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate survey information, third-party CAD files, and project documentation
- Apply industry knowledge related to pipeline stationing, meter sets, tie-ins, and construction methods
- Support engineering and construction teams to successfully deliver natural gas infrastructure projects
What We're Looking For
- Drafting certification or equivalent industry experience
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD
- Experience designing pipeline, utility, or natural gas projects
- Understanding of pipeline layouts, stationing, utility design, and construction practices
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Natural gas industry experience strongly preferred

Pay
The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $43.50/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
