Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide training and support to the project teams
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of BIM Project Execution Plans
- Improve quality and productivity by setting and auditing model integrity of building information models
- Ensure the office is at the forefront of emerging trends and in compliance with NORR standards
- Research and provide recommendations on additional software and technologies
- Provide input and insight in the development of firm wide common templates, libraries and other resources
Requirements
- Have successfully completing related post secondary education in Architecture or Engineering
- Architectural or Engineering software skills; e.g., Revit, and AutoCAD; Revit family creation
- BIM technologies and processes
- Customer Service, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, time management, integrity, open mindedness, teamwork, adaptability, willingness to learn, leadership
- Registered with a relevant professional architectural, engineering or technologist association, or possessing a BIM certification is an asset
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience on Architecture and/or Engineering projects
5-7 years of experience on BIM management, Revit, and software deployment
Skills
Excellent understanding of the design and technical document production process

Pay
$70,000.00 - $95,000.00 / annually
Schedule
This role reports into the above mentioned office, however NORR offers all of its employees the opportunity to work either from home, from a NORR office or even from a remote location.
