About the role
Kimley-Horn is looking for an Experienced CAD Operator to join our Natural Gas team in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Create and quality check drawings and plans for gas distribution and pipeline design
- Design metering and regulation stations
- Support pipeline integrity management
- Apply knowledge of engineering principles to suggest design changes
- Maintain drawing database
- Develop familiarity with Kimley-Horn’s practices, procedures, and standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products (CADWorx preferred)
- Detail-oriented with a professional attitude
- Strong work ethic, interpersonal and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Self-starter with a desire to learn
Pay
Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000
