About the role

The Design Technician is responsible for assisting in the design and development of electrical systems within a facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications for electrical projects.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve technical issues and improve designs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to electrical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in electrical engineering or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
