We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes description about PGE mission, but not a heading. We can create sections: About the role (maybe from first paragraph), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections if posting has real specific content. Let's parse. Content: - Intro: "At PGE, our work involves dreaming about, planning for, and realizing a smarter, cleaner, more enduring Oregon neighborhood..." This is about company mission. Could be "About the role" or "About PGE". Probably "About the role" is appropriate. - Job Function description: "Design Project Manager – Joint Use Construction Job Function Provides transmission and distribution communication licensee project management expertise with construction designs and customer connections. Serves as primary liaison from first contact to final closing on projects." - Then "In this role you will:" list of duties (Prepare complete cost estimates..., Inspect PGE poles..., Verify..., Run Pole Loading Analysis..., Create both non-design and design work orders..., Work with communication companies...). That's responsibilities. - Key Job Information: includes grade, career level, etc. Might be metadata; we can drop minor metadata like Job ID, grade, etc. Not needed as headings. - Key Responsibilities: repeats duties again (Project Management, Project Execution, Customer Care, Leadership and Consultation). This is more responsibilities. - Education/Experience/Certifications: requires bachelor's degree, etc. That's qualifications/requirements. - Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities): functional and general competencies. That's skills. - Physical and Cognitive Demands: includes schedule/attendance and physical capabilities. This could be Schedule and maybe physical demands but we only include Schedule if posting states schedule specifics. It says: "Schedule/Attendance Ability to work long hours. Ability to work a variable schedule. Ability to report to work and perform work during periods of severe inclement weather. Ability to consistently meet attendance standards for regular, reliable, predictable, full-time attendance." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. - Physical Capabilities: details about driving, lifting, etc. Not required to include as separate section unless we have a Benefits or Physical Demands section; but we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No Physical Demands heading. So we could incorporate physical capabilities into Responsibilities or maybe omit. Since not a listed heading, we should not create new heading. We can maybe include within Responsibilities? But better to omit if not fitting headings. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples; we could also use other headings if appropriate? It says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should stick to those. - Compensation: "Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity." That's vague; we should not create Pay section because it's not specific (commensurate with experience). The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Since compensation is only described as commensurate with experience, we should NOT create a Pay section. - Benefits: "PGE believes in rewarding dedicated performance. We provide a total rewards package that is designed to reward your contributions to the company, and, at the same time, support your well-being and professional development, both now and into the future. To find out more, click here." That's vague; no specific benefits listed. So we should NOT create Benefits section. - Schedule: we have specific schedule/attendance details, so we can create Schedule section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Schedule. We need to avoid duplicating content. We'll combine responsibilities from both "In this role you will:" and "Key Responsibilities" sections, but avoid duplicate sentences. Let's extract unique responsibilities: From "In this role you will:" list: - Prepare complete cost estimates for licensee’s using current estimating resources, including design software, drawings, material lists, design specifications, material specifications, corporate accounting, easements, permits, service / NESC requirements and estimating tool. - Inspect PGE poles and make sure PGE and Licensees are compliant with the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC). - Verify Communication companies maintain NESC clearances for new attachments. - Run Pole Loading Analysis (PLA) on poles in the field to assure they pass PGE standards. - Create both non-design and design work orders to modify poles as needed to get the pole to pass PLA / meet NESC code / PGE standards. - Work with communication companies to come up with innovative resolutions to fit both parties’ needs. From Key Responsibilities (Project Management etc.): Project Management: - Manages multiple projects. - Prepare complete cost estimates for licensee’s using current estimating resources, including design software, drawings, material lists, design specifications, material specifications, corporate accounting, easements, permits, service / NESC requirements. (duplicate) - Inspect PGE poles and make sure PGE and Licensees are compliant with the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) (duplicate) - Verify Communication companies maintain NESC clearances for new attachments. (duplicate) - Run Pole Loading Analysis (PLA) on poles in the field to assure they pass our standards. (duplicate) - Create both non-design and design work orders to modify poles as needed in order to get the pole to pass PLA / meet NESC code / PGE standards. (duplicate) - Work with communication companies to come up with innovative resolutions to fit both party's needs. (duplicate) - Responsible for design decisions that reflect a cost-effective, reliable, safe, constructible/maintainable transmission and distribution system. Project Execution: - Accountable for ensuring all steps of the project process are completed, considering timeliness and responsiveness to internal or external customers; effectively prioritizes and balances multiple tasks and projects to meet customer expectations; interprets and coordinates work with other PGE departments to fulfill project requirements; generally, works independently but receives some direct supervision. - Fulfills project requirements consistent with company tariff, design standards, NESC requirements and applicable codes. Customer Care: - Serves as the primary point of contact on all assigned projects from first contact to final closing; consults with customers to identify requirements and translates them into design and service connection solutions consistent with tariff, company standards, requirements and applicable codes. Leadership and Consultation: - Responds to questions from stakeholders; may provide information to newer team members. Thus we can combine. Now Requirements/Qualifications: Education/Experience/Certifications: "Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology, computer-assisted design or other related field or equivalent experience. Typically one or more years in utility operations or a related field. Requires a valid drivers license and a history of safe driving practices." We could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (maybe certifications). But we have both headings; we can put education/experience under Requirements, and maybe certifications/licenses under Qualifications. However the posting doesn't have separate certifications beyond driver's license. We could put driver's license under Qualifications. Skills: Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) list many. We'll put under Skills. Now About the role: combine intro paragraph and job function description. Let's craft HTML:
