Design Manager

About the role

Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable infrastructure solutions across various projects. Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sustainability plans that align with client goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into project designs and construction phases.
• Conduct regular assessments of project impacts on the environment and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure buy-in and support for sustainability initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest sustainability trends and technologies to inform project decisions.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sustainability consulting or related field. Proven track record in leading large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of environmental laws and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in sustainability or environmental management preferred.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Fluency in English.
