Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clients, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project and Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed.

Qualifications

• Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another language may be advantageous.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
