Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical aspects of new machinery and solutions, including assemblies and components.
• Prepare and issue documentation and drawings as required by the Product Development Process (PDP).
• Work in project teams to develop concepts and test, investigate, and verify designs.
• Communicate changes or updates in documentation and perform evaluations, testing, and analyses at customer sites.
• Stay updated with relevant developments in mechanical engineering and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, with a Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in comparable roles, particularly in the food industry.
• Knowledge of drawing tools, databases, and programming for documentation preparation.
• Understanding of the interaction between documentation and ERP systems.
• Ability to travel as needed, with a maximum of 20-50% travel (domestic and international).

• Good knowledge of mechanical technology and trends.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Skills

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of mechatronics and its interactions with mechanical engineering.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
