About the role

Join a three-person founding team as a Design Engineer to build the future of creative tools. You will own the frontend experience end-to-end, bridge the gap between Figma and production, and ship React components directly to an infinite canvas.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship high-fidelity React interactions and components directly to production on an infinite canvas environment.
• Shadow designers and engineers to refine the Fiddle product story, ensuring a seamless experience regardless of a user's technical competency.
• Prototype new features and interactions while helping hire and elevate the engineering culture within a tiny, high-velocity team.

Requirements

• You have a portfolio of distinctive visual work and a deep understanding of the technical constraints surrounding modern design workflows.
• You possess professional experience shipping React components and TypeScript in production environments, moving beyond just static mockups or prototypes.
• You are a high-agency builder, potentially a former founder, who thrives in intense ideation sessions and prioritize craft above all else.
