This position requires the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship and an active Secret Clearance are required.
Responsibilities
- Participate as a key member in the Material Review Board (MRB) process, including reviewing non-conforming hardware for performance impacts, identifying appropriate root cause, and ensuring corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence
- Coordinate effort within the Mechanical, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
- Support weekly meetings to review status with leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in an Engineering-related field
- At least 2 years of experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing in accordance with ASME Y14.5 and ability to perform tolerance analysis
- At least 2 years of experience with Creo design software
- At least 2 years of experience with root cause and corrective action
- At least 2 years of experience reading engineering drawings, documents, parts lists, and specifications
- Ability to lead investigative efforts and report status to interdisciplinary teams
