Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Product Analyst who will play a crucial role in shaping our world-class SaaS products. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage hands-on in product configuration to ensure high standards of functionality and user experience.
• Apply the laws of UX for intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Use data analytics to inform product decisions aligned with market needs and user expectations.
• Aid Product Managers with market research and customer insights.
• Help define and track the key metrics that measure product performance.
• Work closely with engineering and design to propose and implement enhancements.
• Build deep knowledge of Certa's products, principles, and design methodologies.
• Ensure clear, effective communication across product, implementation, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in product analysis, configuration, or a related field.
• Data skills: Proficient in data analysis, able to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Collaboration & communication: Works effectively across engineering and design teams, with excellent communication grounded in transparency and teamwork.
• Adaptability: Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Design - or equivalent experience.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
