Design Engineer

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Create 3D visualization of exhibit structures within our modular system via Autodesk Inventor
• Generate quotes based on 3D visualization within the ERP system
• Convert technical drawings into production blueprints for approved orders
• Communicate across departments to collaborate on project needs
• Work closely with the account management team on technical support for customers; participate in customer meetings as necessary
• Provide input for R&D to improve or enhance product offerings
• Continuous learning and development to meet the needs of the role

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering; Mechanical or Civil
• Experience with CAD software; Autodesk Inventor experience is a plus
• A good 3D understanding and a deep technical interest
• An interest in designing using a modular system and a strong visual acuity
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
