- Provide design direction and technical guidance to architectural designers, CAD technicians, and other members of the product‑development team, promoting consistent application of company design and drafting standards.
- Serve as an architectural resource throughout estimating, permitting, construction, and field implementation, participating in field walks, model reviews, frame walks, post‑construction evaluations, and other activities to identify and resolve design or documentation issues.
- Continually improve Design Development processes and workflows to increase speed, accuracy, consistency, and scalability across the organization.
- Protect company intellectual property, including proprietary plans, details, standards, and other design content, and perform other duties as assigned.
