Design Corridor Management (DCM) Lead
WSP is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Systemwide Design Corridor Management (DCM) team in Lisle, Illinois. In this role, you will assist with project coordination, documentation, and communication efforts across Systemwide design initiatives.
About the Role
Maintain and develop programs to support Illinois Tollway assets
Develop and manage scope for Systemwide design projects
Cookordinate, prepare, and issue design scoping memorandums
Track project budgets, schedules, and contract deliverables
Participate in client and multidisciplinary team meetings
Monitor project schedules and budgets
Conduct and participate in design reviews for Systemwide contracts
Support Tollway Project Managers and Design Section Engineers (DSEs)
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Illinois
- 10+ years of experience leading transportation infrastructure projects for the Illinois Tollway and IDOT
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD, GEOPAK, InRoads, and OpenRoads
- Familiarity with AASHTO, Illinois Tollway, and IDOT standards and criteria
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Illinois
- 10+ years of experience leading transportation infrastructure projects for the Illinois Tollway and IDOT

Expected Salary (all locations): $93,000 - $114,000
