Design Coordinator

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS

• Build rapport with prospective buyers
• Determine buyers’ housing needs and interests
• Demonstrate our model home and structural and upgrade items at the community level
• Aiding clients in making selections to customize their home
• Entering customer information/selections into Brix systems
• Develop a thorough knowledge of home features, options pricing, and design center selections and effectively communicate those to prospects and buyers

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Prior design related experience with a home builder a plus
• Brix experience a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail oriented, self-disciplined, and organized with focus on excellent follow-up
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to deal with conflict & set expectations
• Great listening skills and creative problem solving with the ability to provide a solution
• Must be a team-player with an enthusiastic attitude
• Effective communication skills and a sense of urgency
• Good time management skills

Qualifications

• Work scheduled would potentially include weekends
• Must have reliable car and driver’s license to visit different communities

Schedule

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
