Design Consultant/Sales Rep

Job Duties

• Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
• Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
• Carry out and follow the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
• Balance the relationships with new prospects and current customer projects.
• Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.
• Able to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams.
• Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.
