Sales Representative/Design Consultant

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and long-term clients. This role offers constant learning, skills growth, and a clear career path.

Responsibilities

• Guide and consult with customers to define needs and initiate orders that meet their requirements and budget.
• Provide creative direction by translating customer requirements into impactful graphic solutions.
• Manage customer projects from start to finish, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, in-person walk-ins, and occasional off-site meetings.
• Prepare estimates and maintain estimate follow-up procedures.

Requirements

• Prior sales, customer service, telemarketing, graphic design, and/or graphic production experience is a plus.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, a team player, and have an eye for layout, design, and color.
• Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic math skills.
