About the Role
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested consultations
Run in-home sales appointments and present tailored window and door solutions
Build trust, uncover customer needs, and guide decision-making
Deliver clear proposals and confidently close deals
Generate referrals through strong customer relationships
Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested consultations

Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, but not required (in-home, B2C, retail, or consultative sales)
- Strong closing, objection-handling, and communication skills
- Confidence working independently and managing a pipeline
- Ability to connect with homeowners and build trust quickly
- Drive to maximize income through performance
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Flexibility for customer appointments (including evenings/weekends)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Pay
$2,000 biweekly training ramp (first 8 weeks for onboarding transition)
$100,000+ annual earning potential (top performers exceed $200,000+)
Commission paid at time of sale (no delays based on installation)

Flexible schedule to accommodate customer appointments (including evenings/weekends)
