Open Position: Design Consultant

About the Role

Our Design Consultants are motivated, team and customer-oriented individuals who are ready to assist buyers as they move through the selections and pre-construction phase of the building process.

Responsibilities

• Assist buyers in the selections and pre-construction phase of the building process
• Work with customers to translate their ideas, wants, and needs into design choices
• Read floor plans and construction prints
• Provide consultation services
• Plan and execute events

Requirements

• Experience in interior design, consultation, event planning, space planning skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for design and home décor
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Detail-oriented with a high-level of organizational skills
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, outgoing, professional personality
