Responsibilities

How Success is Measured
- Achievement of individual sales goals through consistent performance and client engagement.
- Completion of in-home design consultations that generate new opportunities and deepen client relationships.
- Strong client satisfaction results that reflect an exceptional and seamless experience.
- Accurate and consistent management of client information and sales activity within the CRM system.
- Contribution to showroom standards and teamwork that supports overall store performance.
Requirements
- A background in design, business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of fabrics, finishes, and what makes a space work.
- At least a year of experience in design or high-end retail.
- Experience selling luxury products and strong sales skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, an iPad, and learning new systems.
- Familiarity with tools like RoomSketcher or space planning software.
- Creative problem-solver who stays positive and professional.
- Flexibility to work weekends regularly and special events as needed.
- Confidence, style, and genuine passion for beautiful spaces.

Pay
This position is hourly plus commission, with sales bonus opportunities.
