Design Coach

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Design Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within design roles.

Responsibilities

• Teach core design thinking, user experience design, and user interface design skills
• Help clients build strong wireframing, prototyping, and visual design abilities
• Guide clients on branding and applying emerging tools like AI fundamentals, AI graphics creation, AI product design, and user research & insights automation to their design work
• Offer resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance
• Provide interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, and promotion strategy tailored to design roles
• Offer broader skill building and support for those pursuing freelancing opportunities

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in design (as a UX/UI designer, product designer, or industry professional)
• A strong portfolio and track record of shipping thoughtful design work
• A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth
