Design and Sales Consultant

About the Role

As a Design and Sales Consultant at Closets by Design, you’ll help others organize their homes by designing custom storage solutions. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments in your local area. No prior experience is necessary—we provide complete sales and design training.

• Begin each day with scheduled appointments (all leads and marketing materials provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
• Assess opportunities by walking through the home.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Use your communication skills to guide residential customers through their home organizational needs.

Requirements

• Exceptional at creating a positive client experience.
• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
• Ability to follow our structured training process.
• Growth mindset with a willingness to complete a 12-week paid sales training program.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
