Responsibilities
- Carry out testing, installation, commissioning, warranty, service, and maintenance tasks based on detailed work packages and plans, including mobilization and demobilization meetings, scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and HSE considerations.
- Adhere strictly to Palfinger Marine’s and customer HSE policies, travel regulations, working hour provisions, and participate in safety routines like Tool Box Talks and Safe Job Analysis.
- Maintain accurate daily updates including service reports, punch lists, non-conformance and HSE registers, and ensure all documentation is stored on designated platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Basecamp, Smartsheet).
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment, promote a high-performance culture, and secure external approval of time sheets on a daily/weekly basis.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed to support project success and continuous improvement through lessons learned sessions with product owners.
Qualifications
- Technical education or equivalent combination of education/experience in one or several of the following disciplines: Mechanical / hydraulic, Electro / Automation / PLC, Siemens - TIA / S7, HMI, Frequency Drives
- Maritime / Offshore experience is an advantage
- Good English language skills written and spoken
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to systematically fault trace complex technical issues
- Structured, creative, and have the ability to multi-task
- Qualification for offshore health certificate is mandatory
