Dermatology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We're seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider with experience in dermatology to join our team at Skin Dermatology. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a patient-focused environment and values compassion, precision, and polished presentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a wide range of skin conditions, perform dermatological procedures, and assist in surgeries.
• Provide both medical and cosmetic dermatology services, including injectables, microneedling, lasers, and more.
• Perform comprehensive dermatological assessments and treatments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic condition management.
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide cosmetic dermatology procedures within your scope of practice.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for all patients.
• Assist in practice operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of a registered Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current and unrestricted Massachusetts PA or NP license.
• 4+ years of experience in a medical office, preferably in dermatology.
• 2+ years of experience in Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology preferred.
• Experience in Plastic Surgery, Surgical, Mohs, or Medical Spa settings is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.
